STORY
With over 40 years of police and security experience, Keith McCaskill, Lenard Lancaster, and Nathan Warren joined forces to develop the ultimate security team.
As colleagues in Law Enforcement, they grew a bond beyond the badge and developed LMW Security Services, LLC with the core of their business being grounded on provided exceptional and professional private security at the highest caliber.

CO-OWNER & GENERAL MANAGER: LENARD LANCASTER
Lenard has 24 years of Police experience and is currently an active-duty Police Officer.
Lenard received his education through Baltimore City Public School System upon completion obtaining a High School diploma.
Lenard joined Baltimore City School Police Department in 1997 and attended a Six-Month Police Academy, graduating from the Police academy and receiving certification as a Police Officer through the Maryland Police Training Commission.
Lenard obtained training and certifications in Community Policing, Glock Handgun, Shotgun/ Long Gun, Domestic Violence, Police Management, Hostage Barricade, Emergency Vehicle Operator Course-Series, Emergency Evacuations, Emergency Action Response, Active Shooter.
Imminent upon graduating from the Police Academy, Lenard was assigned to the North-East area of Baltimore City. As a Community Based School Police Officer, Lenard answered many calls for service pertaining conflict resolution, criminal activity such as assaults, thefts, robberies, trespassers, burglaries, drugs, weapons, and other forms of contraband that were generated from the community.
Lenard from 1997 to the present continues to work with the community and its youth in the North-East area and has has been the recipient of numerous public safety awards, medals, and including Life Save Award The Law Enforcement Medal of Honor for his outstanding exceptional meritorious conduct as an active police officer with Baltimore School Police.

CO-OWNER & SITE MANAGER: KEITH McCASKILL
Keith has 13 years of Police experience and is currently an active-duty Police Officer.
Keith received his education through Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public schools. Upon completion He obtained a High School diploma.
Keith joined the Baltimore City School Police Department in 2009 and attended a Six-Month Police Academy. August 2010 Keith graduated from the Police academy and received his certification as a Police Officer through the Maryland Police Training Commission.

During that time Keith obtained training and certifications in Glock Handgun, Shotgun/ Long Gun, Domestic Violence, Police Management, Hostage Barricade, Emergency Evacuations, Emergency Action Response, Active Shooter.
Upon graduating from the Police Academy, Keith was assigned to various schools located in the northeast area of Baltimore City. As a patrolman and School Police Officer, Keith answered many calls for service pertaining criminal activity such as assaults, thefts, robberies, trespassers, burglaries, and drugs that were generated from the community.
In 2017 Keith participated in the Baltimore School Police Initiative Camp where he continued to work with the community and its youth. Keith has been the recipient of two Unit Citations for his outstanding work in the BSP Initiative Camp. Keith also received the Life Saver Award.

CO-OWNER: NATHAN WARREN
Nathan has 21 years of Police experience and is currently an active duty Police officer.
Nathan received his education through Baltimore County Public School System. Upon completion, he obtained his high school diploma.
Nathan joined the Baltimore City School Police Department in 2000 and attended a six- month Police Academy. He received his certification as Police Officer through the Maryland Police Training Commission.
Nathan obtained training and certification in Glock Handgun, Shotgun/ Long Gun, Hostage Barricade, Police Management, Domestic Violence, Emergency Vehicle Operater Course, Emergency Evacuations, Emergency Action Response, Active Shooter.
After graduating from the Police Academy , Nathan was assigned to various schools in Baltimore City. As a School Police Corporal. I supervise officers in day to day patrol in a sector of Baltimore City. Answering various calls for service such as assaults, thefts, robberies, burglaries, and drugs generated in the area.
In 2017 Nathan participated in the Baltimore School Police Initiative Camp where he continued to work with the community and its youth. Nathan has been the recipient of Unit Citation for his outstanding work in the BSP Initiative Camp. Nathan has received various awards throughout the years.
